Work experience
After a couple of years of introducing documents in the screen and one year of volunteering in an educational farm in the Netherlands, I stepped-in youth work.
In 2012 I've started to work for CallystoArts and Componibile62 associations in Naples, where during 3 years I learned to write projects, facilitate groups of young people and local volunteers, coordinate logistic aspects and manage administrative issues.
In 2015 I've funded 2+2 Asociacion in Zaragoza, Spain, together with past participants in youth exchanges I was coordinating. During 4 years I've empowered young people in facilitating and project management.
From 2020 until 2024, I coordinated the volunteers and international projects for Onestin Youth Association in Romania, where I was also founding member of Perma Halos, socio-cultural center based on permaculture principles.
From 2012 until 2024, I've created or supported over 60 Youth In Action / Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, in collaboration with over 20 youth organizations around Europe.

Educational pathway
As student in an economic high-school in Bucharest, I believed that Academy of Economic Studies would be automatically the next step towards the final steps of shaping and framing a career in the field.
Right after the university, I realized I was lacking opportunities to develop my creative and critical thinking, collaboration and community spirit, peaceful and inclusive values.
I started a new education path, through volunteering and non-formal education programmes, including youth exchanges, festivals, international volunteering and other socio-cultural events, that became my passion and my profession.
