Work Experience Overview
1. Educational officer | MIJARC Europe international youth network
As the Educational officer, I have led international training activities, including study sessions, training courses, seminars, and youth camps. I managed activities under the network’s work plan, as well as developed advocacy and fundraising strategies to support the network's mission on rural youth empowerment.
2. Facilitator | EU4Youth Policy Laboratories
As a Facilitator of the EU4Youth Policy Labs, I defined and set standards for the labs in Armenia, ensuring alignment with EU guidelines and objectives while identifying key work priorities based on local challenges and opportunities. I collaborated with stakeholders, including policymakers and youth representatives, to integrate diverse perspectives and oversee the quality management of the labs. Additionally, I developed quality control measures and worked with Armenian Ministries to present impactful policy recommendations on youth-related issues.
3. Founder/Training facilitator | Youth Development Center of Armenia
Since founding the Youth Development Center of Armenia in 2020, I have led the organization in implementing strategies for youth empowerment and organizing high-quality local and international training events. I have overseen capacity-building programs by organizing ToTs, learning hubs on facilitation, and similar initiatives for our staff and volunteers.
4. Member of Advisory Council on Youth | Council of Europe
As a member of Advisory Council on Youth and Lead of Youth, Peace, and Security portfolio, I have worked on establishing standards and work priorities for the CoE youth sector, making recommendations for its future programs and budgets. I have ensured that youth policies were integrated into the CoE activities, advocated for young people's involvement, and promoted these policies beyond the organization.
5. Member of Programming Committee on Youth | Council of Europe

More about me
I am one of TRAYCE (Training of Trainers for Youth in the Council of Europe) 2023-2024 cohort alumni. Moreover, throughout my career I have been a member of EU4Youth Alumni Network, a Young European Ambassador and one of three EU4Youth Policy Laboratory Facilitators of Armenia.
1. TRAYCE (Training of Trainers for Youth in the Council of Europe) 2023-2024 (CoE)
This program has been instrumental in refining my training and facilitation skills, equipping me with advanced techniques and methodologies to effectively lead youth workshops and training sessions.
2. HOP Crash Course for trainers and facilitators of online learning (SALTO EECA)
The HOP Crash Course was essential for me as it enhanced my confidence in designing and implementing diverse online learning formats, both blended and stand-alone. It provided valuable insights into delivering engaging and interactive online courses, specifically tailored for youth work, and aligned with non-formal education principles. Additionally, the course offered excellent networking opportunities with other youth workers and trainers, fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices in online learning.
3. Training course on Council of Europe Standards and Approaches to Combating Hate Speech (CoE)
This training course has been crucial for me as it deepened my understanding of effective strategies for addressing hate speech through human rights education. The course enhanced my skills in developing counter and alternative narratives, empowering me to advocate more effectively against hate speech in youth and human rights contexts.
4. Long-Term Training Course “Youth Together” (CoE)
This LTTC equipped me with advanced skills to support the social inclusion of young refugees, particularly minors transitioning to adulthood. The course provided in-depth training on addressing the risks of social exclusion and violence through youth work and non-formal education, enhancing my ability to facilitate their access to education, self-development, and autonomy.
Last but not least, I have participated in many other ToTs and long-term mentoring projects throughout these years.
