TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/annamaria-papini/
I am passionate about people and give my best while while around them: as a coach and a trainer, I support people in the process of discovering their competencies and express them in their personal and professional spheres; as a mediator, I assist anyone who is willing to explore the possibilities at hand to manage situations and difficult interactions. I enjoy working in multilingual, multicultural, inter-religious environments: learning, and expanding the learning potential.

These learning situations were fundamental for my development as a person and as a professional. The Sociology approach allowed me to read society and social interactions being open-minded and curious about the Other. Since I started my studies I was naturally driven by any people-related experiences: this is why I chose to undertake the Coaching profession, consequently to become a Mediator, and finally why I am now willing, as a trainer, to share my competences. It is all about supporting people in the process of recognising their own potentials and achieving their best, both considering their relation within one's self and with the others.
