Virtual Reality Video Manual on how to run workshops presenting energisers, teambuilding, cultural activities.
Aims of the tool
The aim of the project was to exchange experiences between 20 participants (leaders from
three countries), share good practices and develop an instructor / guide, which will support
people working as a trainer, couch, leader, also in local environments and the international
environment. Project was based on preparing and making 15 short video materials, which can be
used by youth workers and group leaders in many European Union countries.
The originator and main initiator was Regional Volunteer Centre of Kielce in Poland
(Regionalne Centrum Wolontariatu w Kielcach). The foreign partners of the project were the
English organization Momentum World and the Italian Mine Vaganti. The project was
implemented as part of the Erasmus Plus Program and in cooperation with the Regional
Tourist Organization of the Świętokrzyskie Region.
Description of the tool
The Prepared video materials are a virtual handbook consisting of films made in Virtual
Reality technology. Thanks to a special application on a smartphone or access to the Youtube
channel, every interested person can view materials shot in 360-degree technology and learn
how to run a workshop (Energiser, Teambuilding and Culture & Diversity). The technology
allows the viewer to look around and see the work of the entire group at any time during the
exercise. The films were recorded in the most beautiful places of the Świętokrzyskie Province
in Poland and then we took the films to be promoted at important international educational
fairs in Florence and London.
