To understand what Youthpass is, how it is created and how can be used for recognition of competences obtained out of the school and work experience.

Description of the tool

Day 1
30’ Introduction to Youthpass in YIA programme and it’s relevance to this particular training course. Presentation and discussion about 8 key competencies. Explanation about Youthpass process during TC. Some time will be allocated to get familiar with YP form and to reflect on the results of the day through the perspective of competences.

Day 2
30’ Individual reflection about learning results of the day. Trainer is available for clarifications and support.

Day 4
30’ Individual reflection about learning results of 2 days. Trainer is available for clarifications and support.

Day 5
90’ Synthesis of individual learning results through a discussion with trainers (more than one should be available). Inserting information into on-line system and printing Youthpasses.
