The infographics of the project YEEE–Youth Education on environment & entrepreneurship are the final result of a project which main topic was the non-formal education methodology in the development of entrepreneurial ideas in the social and rural field.
- Share methodologies used during the project for the development of business ideas;
- Provide tools for other NGOs and young people;
- Promote the work of the partners of the project
The infographics are a usefull material that can be used by other NGOs or youth for the development of new entreprenerial ideas or to check the feasibility of an already existing project. Following the infigraphics it is possible to build a realistic idea that take into consideration internal and external aspects.
These infographics are methodologies tested during the project, such as the SWOT analysis; the definition of the Client, the Problem and the Solution (CPS); the definition of direct and indirect beneficiaries; the definition of the General and specific objectives; and the definition of the steps to take.
In order to define a business idea, it is important to follow the different steps and, once you finish, duble check all the previous steps and see if the whole idea is realistic or not. If not, it is important to be flexible and change some details of the idea.
In order to finalize a business idea It is necessary to be open and realistic and to change some details of your business idea during the process.
