Aims of the tool
Give other youth workers and Trainers useful tools, someone originally created by us, on personal and professional development, focusing on sense of initiative, leadership, communication, coaching, motivation and creativity, for working with youth supporting the achievement of their goals.
Description of the tool
Practical Handbook as output of a Training in 2 steps: first in Italy and second in Portugal.
It's thought fro Youth workers and Trainers and for whom works with youth Groups to support their life planning and competences/skills/attitudes development to use also on Job Market.
It's on personal and professional development and contains all the detailed activities and materials used during the trainings, divided into sections TOOLS as Creativity, Personal developments, Test of personality, Coaching techniques, Leadership and communication Games,..
The trainings steps are also described.
It contains also photos and participants testimonials.
