“What Would You Do?” Challenging Situations in Youth Work is a board game designed to support experiential learning among youth workers, facilitators, and educators. The tool is built around realistic scenarios inspired by common challenges in youth work settings such as group conflicts, low engagement, misunderstandings, emotional distress, or boundary-setting issues.
Players move through the board individually or in teams and are presented with situation cards that require them to respond to complex, often ambiguous group dynamics. Each scenario invites participants to reflect on their instincts, propose solutions, and discuss alternative approaches with others.
