Description of the tool

This curriculum was originally designed as a complete training programme. However, you do not need to follow it from beginning to end.
Each session can also be used as a stand-alone workshop or adapted to fit your own context, group, and learning objectives.
Throughout the curriculum, you will find suggestions for activities, facilitation tips, reflection questions, and optional variations. Think of them as inspiration rather than fixed instructions. Feel free
to adapt the timing, methods, and materials to the needs of your participants and the resources you have available.
Each session begins with a short introduction explaining why the topic matters, drawing on the findings of the Be Well research, followed by an overview of what participants will experience during
the session. Some sessions also include additional articles, videos, or other resources if you would like to explore the topic in greater depth.
