The Fashion Manifesto “Wear your story” poster encourages people to explore fashion as a form of self-expression, freedom, and inclusion rather than only following trends.

Aims of the tool

- Promote fashion as a tool for self-expression and identity.
- Encourage inclusion, diversity, and freedom in fashion.
- Challenge stereotypes and traditional fashion norms.
- Inspire young people to connect fashion with values and creativity.

Description of the tool

During the “UpCycle Life” Erasmus+ youth exchange, participants took part in the Fashion Manifesto workshop, where they reflected on the deeper meaning of fashion and its role in society. Through creative statements and discussions, they expressed ideas such as “Fashion is expression, not oppression,” “Clothes don’t have a gender,” and “Fashion belongs to everyone.”
