Structured training course for women and adult learners to develop entrepreneurial, digital and professional skills through six interactive modules, complemented by a gamification toolkit for adult educators to support engaging learning.
Through this programme, participants gain not only technical competences (entrepreneurial, digital and green skills) but also confidence, problem-solving abilities and a clearer vision of their professional path, supporting their integration into the labour market or the development of their own business. Through innovative and digital teaching tools, the course aims to make adult education more accessible and inclusive.
The W-RISE course is a structured training programme designed to support women in developing entrepreneurial, digital and professional skills. It is composed of six modules that combine theoretical knowledge with practical activities, aiming to empower participants to transform their ideas into sustainable initiatives.The course covers key topics such as entrepreneurial mindset, business planning, digital tools, communication strategies, e-commerce and personal development. Each module is designed to be interactive and accessible, with a focus on real-life application and inclusive learning.
