A training course developed between partners from Spain, Poland, Uganda, Paraguay and Mexico with the aim of tackling the topics of community leaders and work with disadvantaged groups.

Aims of the tool

This training materials offers participants the tools and resources needed to active community leaders and learn how to manage activities for disadvantaged groups and communities.

Description of the tool

This international training course was organised within a Capacity Building project P-Action (Personal is political), co-financed by Erasmus+ program of the European Union and where 17 participants from 5 countries (Spain, Poland, Uganda, Paraguay and Mexico) were trained to become active community leaders and learn how to
manage activities for disadvantaged groups and communities.
