Mens Sana" is a practical guide for educators aimed at promoting youth mental well-being in local communities. It provides interactive resources, group dynamics, and educational tools to effectively manage emotions in social environments.

Aims of the tool

To serve as a guide and practical tool for educators, trainers, and youth workers, aimed at promoting and supporting the mental well-being of young people in their respective local communities.

Description of the tool

The toolkit collects tools related to emotional well-being and mental health, such as mindful breathing, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, laughter therapy, conscious writing, creative expression, and connection with nature.
