Toolbox of NFL activities for Youth Employability Leaders
The Toolbox is a compilation of non-formal learning activities that can be used on youth exchanges, training courses and seminars with young people and youth workers on topics of unemployment, employability, leadership and intercultural learning.
Aims of the tool
- To provide concrete workshops and methods for youth workers, youth leaders and trainers that they can use on non-formal educational youth activities on the topics of unemployment, employability, leadership and soft-skills.
- To provide entrepreneurial, practical and transversal (soft) skills to young people and youth workers that can ultimately lead towards employment or starting their own business through using non-formal educational methods and approaches.
Description of the tool
The Toolbox for Youth Employability Leaders is composed of non-formal learning tools (activities and methods) which can be used by youth workers and organisations in international mobility projects for stimulating youth employability and youth entrepreneurship as well as improving entrepreneurial, soft skills and leadership of young people.
The Toolbox is created, tested and evaluated by participants of the Training course “Youth Employability Leaders of Tomorow” that was organised in Wroclaw, Poland from 10th to 18th of December 2018 by Youth Support Centre. The Training course was funded by the Polish National Agency through the Erasmus + Programme.
