This recipe book was created within an Erasmus+ KA2 project, YouCycle, to make simple, affordable, and nourishing meals accessible to everyone at home. It is complemented by step-by-step recipes, along with tips and suggestions from professional chefs.

Aims of the tool

This recipe book was created to make simple, affordable, and nourishing meals accessible to everyone at home, and it is complemented by step-by-step recipes with tips and suggestions from professional chefs. The team aims to motivate people to care for the planet by reducing waste and adopting eco-friendly practices, and give back to the community by supporting social campaigns and organizations that work with marginalized groups.

Description of the tool

This cookbook invites you to cook and eat in ways that support both your well-being and the planet. It offers simple, affordable, and mostly plant-based recipes designed for everyday life, using fresh ingredients and flexible approaches that fit real routines.

Beyond recipes, it encourages mindful food choices inspired by sustainability, circular thinking, and Mediterranean traditions—without strict rules or guilt.

Created by team of youngsters within the mentrorship program, part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project YouCycle, this collection brings together inspiration from nutritionists, cooks, family traditions, and shared ideas, adapted to reflect the spirit of accessible and sustainable cooking.
