The organizations' Talk show

Aims of the tool

- give space to the participants to present their organizations
- create the basis for international cooperation
- allow the participants to get to know better each other

Description of the tool

PREPARATION:
- create some papers with instructions for the anchor man (2 min. left; 1 min. left; STOP) and for the audience (CLAPPING) and prepare a staff member to raise them at the needed time.
- create the intro for the talk show (a very easy and fast way is to create it on biteable.com)
- arrange the room as a TV studio with chairs forthe audience, chairs for the guests and the projector
- ask the participants to select 10 photos able to represent the work of their organization.

DEVELOPMENT:
Each group of participants has 10 minutes to present their organization, answering the anchor man questions and describingthe photos on the backgroud; arising the papers with instruction for the audince and the anchor man will create a funny atmosphere and will facilitating the participants to keep the focuson the TV show.

If your project involves more than 4 organization, you can split the talk show in two sessions (es. one before and the other after lunch), to not to make the process boring.
