The handbook presents a 6-day training where participants explored active youth participation and implement activities. It includes detailed session descriptions, learning outcomes, and tools used during the Erasmus+ project.
The aim of the handbook is to empower youth workers by enhancing their ability to understand, design, and implement non-formal education (NFE) methods about youth active participation.
Our tool is a non-formal education training program designed to help youth workers develop competence to deliver activities about youth active participiation. Through interactive activities, simulations, and teamwork, participants learn to design, implement, and evaluate educational tools.
Learning outcomes include:
- Improved competence in non-formal education methods about youth active participation topic.
- Ability to create and facilitate engaging learning activities
- Enhanced teamwork and intercultural collaboration skills
Practical tools for empowering and educating youth in diverse contexts.
