Group Building Activity, Name Game/Get to know each other
To create a warm atmosphere in the group
To get to know where participants, trainers and staff come from
To build trust within the group
As participants enter in the room, one of the trainers shoots a picture of him/her.
When everyone has their own picture the group will form a circle.
Then each person of the group, one by one, is asked to point in the given map of Europe the country and the city where he/she comes from and to stick the picture out of the map linking it to the city with a piece of string. The exercise ends when all the members of the group have shown where they are from.
