The guide aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to promote inclusion and equality through non-formal education, while providing practical tools to address discrimination, support diversity, and encourage active participation among young people.

• Increased understanding of inclusion, equality, discrimination, stereotypes, privilege, and power dynamics in youth work.

• Improved ability to design and facilitate inclusive non-formal education activities.

• Enhanced skills in creating safe learning spaces and managing sensitive discussions.

• Greater capacity to adapt activities to diverse groups and different learning needs.

• Strengthened competence in using reflection, feedback, and debriefing methods to support meaningful learning.
