Description of the tool

The TEAM RETROSPECTIVE is a practical guide for mentors working with ESC (European Solidarity Corps) volunteers. It includes a variety of interactive activities, discussion prompts, and exercises designed to help volunteers:

Reflect on their experiences, challenges, and achievements.
Share insights in a safe and supportive environment.
Connect their learning to future goals.
