The SYNERGIES seminar foster the participants’ ability to work with other people within a team in order to develop efficient and innovative projects addressing social issues or dealing with intercultural dialogue and sustainable development.
The synthesis aims:
- to share the most significant methods and tools that had been used all along the seminar.
- to inspire you and contribute to positive group dynamics within your organizations and to the development of new projects
- to foster new partnerships dealing with social issues, intercultural dialogue and sustainable development.
The synthesis includes:
- the detailed program of the SYNERGIES seminar;
- A short presentation of the partners involved in this seminar
- the methods and tools shared during the seminar
to:
o connect the participants together, set up and maintain a positive group dynamic;
o assess the seminar (daily debriefings, intermediary assessments and finale evaluation).
- Fews extras... as food for thought...
