Aims of the tool

Increase quality of youth work, through developing competences of youth workers, especially coaching methods.

Description of the tool

Important elements are the basic techniques and coaching methods as the GROW model, OSCAR model, Solution Focus model, and skills related to asking questions, open communication, visual thinking and the process of debriefing and evaluation.
Equally important are methods of conflict resolution, effective communication methods: paraphrasing, Statement I, active listening, mentoring. Tools such as SWOT analysis, Johari Window, constructive feedback, debriefing.

Here is set of practical information and tools, which allow youth workers much better accessing to youth, supporting their personal and social development.
