The aim of this paper is to develop an action plan to enhance the mental well-being of participants during international stays. It focuses on ensuring that participants' basic psychological needs are met and provides guidelines for organizations to support mental health.
This document is based on the Handbook "Mental Health Among Young People in Long-Term Stays."
It provides an action plan for organizations focusing on basic psychological needs, mental resilience, coping skills, and organizational improvements.
The focus of the paper are concrete measures to promotion mental health during stays abroad.
