Aims of the tool

The aim of this toolkit is to provide youth workers with practical non-formal education activities that support young people's self-awareness, mental health, resilience, environmental awareness and active participation.

Description of the tool

Self-ACTivation is a practical toolkit containing six non-formal education activities tested during an Erasmus+ youth exchange in Lithuania. The activities explore self-awareness, mental health, ecological anxiety, empathy, creative self-expression, nature, personal development and active participation.

The toolkit is designed for youth workers, trainers and facilitators working with young people. The activities can be used individually or combined into a longer programme and adapted according to the needs and context of different groups.
