This tool is a manifesto about art and mental health. It is a collection of our voices.
The aim of this tool is to show the effects that art can have on your mental health.
This tool is based on a discussion that was held by people from different countries. These people work with art therapy and the topic of the discussion was: Art and mental health. The discussion consisted of three rounds and three main questions:
1: Is art good for mental health?
2: Can art be unhealthy?
3: Is art good for everyone?
In this tool all three questions are answered.
