Exercise
Using the method of introspection, this tool aims to provide participants with deeper understanding of their online boundaries.
To help participants recognize their own safety signals, emotional reactions, and boundary needs in digital environments.
This tool is made to engage each participant on their own with discussions in small groups to follow after everyone fills out their papers. Besides guiding through the exercise, the facilitator is expected to encourage debate with questions. Strong focus is on self-presentation as there are no right or wrong answers.
