The project "Re-inclusion is important" was realized for young people - ESC volunteers who return from volunteering (long-term or short-term), as well as for organizations that support young people.

Aims of the tool

"ESC Guidebook" for youth workers and organizations that will work with volunteers after their returning home. The aim of this work is to advise, to help, to deepen the knowledge about the needs of volunteers after returning home, to adapt tools about this for young people, facilitate the process of adaptation, inclusion, integration, and support the continuation of personal development.

Description of the tool


The guidebook is available in PDF in English and will be beneficial not only for partner organizations but also for potential or experienced volunteers.
