A list of practices based on Positive Psychology and Nature-based personal development for individual and group support of Young people (plus printable deck of cards with descriptions).

Aims of the tool

To support youth workers with easy to use description of practices that can be incorporated in programs, workshops, classroom and in one-to-one work.

Description of the tool

You can print the cards on hard paper (220 gr/m2) using the last page of the document as a background. Then cut each A4 page in 6 cards using the lines.

Choose the practices suitable for your workshop or educational activity (use the categories in the description of the practices) and play with your participants the way you need.
