To let the participants analyse their learning path on a daily basis every day of the project

Description of the tool

make participants draw a portrait of each other (alternatively you can use polaroid pictures). then have them cut the picture into as many parts as there will be days. then put the pieces in one envelope per person and give the envelopes to each reflection/steaming group facilitator.
Before or after the group, give them the envelopes ask them to take one piece of the puzzle and write down what skills, knowledge, attitudes they gained on this day. at the end of TC put the pictures back together and have them draw glasses, or a mask to put on the picture, asking them to summarise the learning outcomes.
