Report
Partnership-building activity in Portugal bringing 25 youth workers from 7 countries to co-create Erasmus+ youth projects, share good practices, and plan inclusive, sustainable follow-up mobilities
This report is a practical learning tool designed to help youth workers replicate and adapt the “PBA – Creating Sustainable Projects for Change” experience. It documents the aims, session flow, non-formal methods, and results of the mobility so that other organisations can get inspired, transfer good practices, and strengthen the quality of their own Erasmus+ projects. By making the process transparent and accessible, the report supports capacity building, partnership development, and the alignment of future activities with the Erasmus+ Youth Quality Standards.
This report documents the Erasmus+ partnership-building activity held in Portugal that gathered 25 youth workers from 7 European countries. It presents the project context, partner organisations, objectives and Erasmus+ priorities addressed, then describes the 7-day programme (networking, Erasmus+ quality standards, project-lab sessions and study visit). It summarises the main results: 6 project drafts, dissemination activities, flipcharts used in the project, includes participant feedback and satisfaction rates.
