The main objective of the document was to compile different ways of active participation regarding (but not only) to environment actions.

The Manual can be used by those people intrested in knowing more about european platforms, organisations, projects, contests in order to amplify the citizenship competence. By taking part in the proposed options, people can improve other skills.
