The topic of this workshop is: Using the open questions as a tool for personal development and discovering the potential of a person.
The goal of the workshop is to show you that there are many different types of the open questions you can use in the communication that can help to discover the person's potential. You will also learn how “to chain” according to what your communication partner said which can help you to lead the developmental conversation more easily and naturally.
This is a workshop that was created according to what I learned on Erasmus+ programme. (Edu facilitation) I made this workshop because I am the life coach and I like to accompany people on their life´s journey. I like to support them in their personal development. As a life coach I am using the opening questions according to what the coached person said and I know that the opened questions can really help the person to develop. So I made this workshop to teach the people how to use the open questions during the conversations with other people to help them grow. It can help the youth workers, facilitators, teachers and other professionals.
The structure of the workshop with the activities is in the attached document.
