The project’s “LeaD In Practice” key product is a Model Evaluation Questionnaire that addresses and measures the quality of the participants’ work (and the work of other trainers) in future training courses , depending on various types of training.
To serve the evaluation needs of: short term training, long term training (diagnostic-achievement assessment), formal education ,youth work & blended learning.
"LeaD in Practice” [Learning Design in Practice - LeaDiP], a blended-learning project (combining distance with on-location training) has been set up to address all the unprocessed, unspoken and unresolved issues and “hot potatoes” that repeatedly emerge during Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses and that are usually missed in Training of Trainers courses.
The project’s “LeaD In Practice” key product is a Model Evaluation Questionnaire that addresses and measures the quality of the participants’ work (and the work of other trainers) in future training courses. Five types of model questionnaires were designed, depending on the type of training, i.e. short term training, long term training (diagnostic-achievement assessment), formal education ,youth work & blended learning.
