Background Text
A five-part podcast series exploring mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, youth work and evaluation, supporting youth workers in promoting well-being, inclusion and personal development. The podcasts can be accessed at: https://eycb.eu/mind/
The MIND Podcasts aim to increase awareness of mental health and well-being and provide youth workers, educators and young people with accessible learning resources on mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, inclusive youth work and evaluation.
The series encourages reflection, personal development and the practical application of mindfulness, inclusion, non-judgment and diversity in youth work. It also supports the exchange of approaches and good practices that can contribute to more inclusive and supportive environments for young people.
The MIND Podcasts are a five-part educational podcast series developed within the Erasmus+ project MIND: Mindfulness, Inclusion, Non-Judgment & Diversity for Mental Health.
The series complements the other educational resources developed through the project and provides an accessible way for youth workers, educators and young people to explore topics connected with mental health, well-being and youth work.
The podcast series consists of five episodes:
1. **Introduction to MIND** – introduces the MIND concept and its connection to mental health and youth work.
2. **Mind Meditation** – explores meditation and mindfulness as approaches supporting well-being and self-awareness.
3. **Spirituality** – considers spirituality, reflection and their relationship with personal development and well-being.
4. **Youth Work** – explores how MIND principles can be integrated into youth work and work with young people.
5. **Evaluation** – reflects on evaluation, learning and the impact of activities and approaches developed through the MIND project.
Through the podcast series, listeners can deepen their understanding of mindfulness, inclusion, non-judgment and diversity and reflect on how these principles can be incorporated into youth work and non-formal education.
