-Inspire further engagement with Erasmus+ and non-formal learning among young people who encounter the resource
The Mastering Communication Field Guide is a practical resource developed as part of an Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange bringing together 24 young people from Poland, Hungary, Italy, and Spain. Designed to be accessible, engaging, and reusable, the guide documents the key learning content and non-formal methods explored throughout the 7-day exchange.
The booklet is structured around four interconnected 21st-century skill areas — Communication, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Creativity — and covers a wide range of topics including assertive communication, the DESC and I-Message models, active listening, non-verbal communication, conflict resolution using the Thomas Kilmann matrix, cognitive biases and inner dialogue, psychological safety in teams, and professional readiness for the job market.
