Exercise, Presentation
To get to know more about the participant's organisations represented
To share information about the organisation
To identify “next" practices on cultural diversity in youth work
Each participant is asked to prepare 2 posters:
The 1st flip chart paper provides the following information about the organisation:
-Name
-Mission
-Role (e.g. chairman, employed, volunteer, youth worker, trainer etc..)
- Main activities (local and/or international)
The 2nd flip chart paper provides information about 1 “next practice” of the organisation on “cultural diversity” as:
-Typology (e.g. project, activity, method, methodology, approach, etc..)
-Target group
-Aims and objectives
-Short description
-Results expected
Participants can use the material they brought from home to prepare their posters.
After making the posters the room is arranged as a market square.
The room is divided into 2 parts: A and B. For the first 20 minutes the pax that have their “shop” in the part A go to “visit” the part B. Pax of part B can give short presentation and/or answer questions. In the following 20 minutes B side visits A.
