Learn2Volunteer is a free multilingual e-learning and mentoring platform that helps young volunteers develop personal, social, and professional competences through interactive courses, mentoring, badges, and certificates.
To strengthen the capacities of young volunteers by providing accessible online learning, mentoring, and recognition opportunities that enhance their personal development, civic engagement, employability, and participation in community initiatives
Learn2Volunteer is an innovative and inclusive online learning platform designed to support young people throughout their volunteering journey. The platform combines interactive e-learning courses, personalized e-mentoring, digital badges, learning nuggets and certificates to help volunteers acquire practical skills, increase their confidence, and maximize their impact in their communities.
The platform was developed within the framework of the LEARN2VOLUNTEER Reloaded project, and Erasmus+ CBY Project funded by the EU. The project was implemented by a consortium of organizations from Greece (Solidarity Tracks), Italy (ACARBIO), Turkey (GAZI University), Lebanon (Chabibeh Sporting Club), Jordan (Support Youth Leaders), and Tunisia (AVEC).
Learn2Volunteer project promotes accessible and flexible learning opportunities for young people, including those with fewer opportunities. The platform is available in multiple languages and can be accessed through computers, tablets, and mobile devices, in addition, a mobile application was also created.
The platform offers courses covering personal and professional development, communication skills, volunteering and social engagement, specialized technical skills, and well-being. Topics include leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, project management, fundraising, conflict management, digital literacy, cybersecurity, first aid, and career development after volunteering.
Learn2Volunteer can be used by youth workers, volunteers, mentors, youth organizations, ESC participants, and trainers as:
A self-learning platform for volunteer capacity building.
A complementary learning resource during volunteering projects.
A mentoring and reflection tool for volunteers.
A source of non-formal education activities and learning materials.
A recognition mechanism through digital badges and certificates.
The platform encourages lifelong learning, active citizenship, social inclusion, and community engagement while connecting young volunteers across different countries and cultures
