Leadership 2023: A New Generation toolkit is tailored
to support educators, youth leaders, and professionals in nurturing the leadership potential of
young individuals across Europe.
Aims of the tool
Drawing upon the expertise of professionals
and stakeholders involved in the project, the toolkit aims to equip users with the knowledge and skills
necessary to cultivate effective youth leadership in diverse settings. Whether facilitating
workshops, leading youth programs, or engaging in community initiatives, this toolkit serves as
a valuable resource for empowering the next generation of leaders to create positive change
and shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
Description of the tool
The Leadership 2023: A New Generation project stood as a testament to the collaborative efforts between MTÜ EstYES from Estonia and Youth for Society from Georgia. Supported by the European Commission under the Erasmus Plus program, this initiative aimed to cultivate
and empower youth leadership, addressing the evolving needs of our global community.
