This report presents the findings, impact and learning from the Erasmus+ funded Laugh Labs project, an initiative exploring how humour can be used to strengthen emotional resilience and reduce stigma around mental health. Drawing on research, pilot workshops and participant feedback from Ireland, Italy and North Macedonia, the report offers practical insights into humour-based approaches for professionals working in community education and wellbeing programmes. It highlights effective methodologies and recommendations for organisations seeking engaging ways to support mental health conversations and social connection across diverse groups.
