A physical activity which helps participants to move and to reflect on training and learning by doing. It contributes to the discussion "What is Sports?"

Description of the tool

Someone from the trainers team or from participants should know how to juggle in order to show participants the basic movements and to give some trics and tips. The rest is just practicing. In order to get 'good' at juggling it probably needs some time. But you will see the progress if you keep juggling 15-30 min everyday during the training course.

Note: It is easy to make juggling balls by yourself! You can make them from baloons & rice. Simply fill the balloons with rice till the desired size and put a knot in the balloon.

Comments

  • Jugling is also good for developing your brains because your two brain halves have to work together.
You learn to make and take dissisions in parts of seconds
