This manual will fit anyone that is interested in knowing how to communicate for better cooperation, especially between youth workers and youngsters. It was made by a participants from a training course 'C4C-Communication for Cooperation'

Aims of the tool

The aim of this tool is to present particular methods and tools that can help in communication and cooperation processes.
All the methods were tested during the training course by a group of youth workers and then multiplied in their local youth groups.

- Public Speaking: Creating & Delivering a Speech
- ICT Tools
- How to give and receive feedback using AID tool
- Transactional Analysis
- Nonviolent Communication

Description of the tool

The main learning outcomes that come from using this manual are:

- Gaining knowledge of different forms of communication
-Gaining skills on how to give and receive feedback and raise self-awareness of an assertive position
- Gaining skills on how to use Nonviolent Communication to resolve and prevent conflicts and miscommunication
- Gaining skills on how to deal with international communication with the usage of ICT tools
- Gaining knowledge of Transactional Analysis method in working with groups
