Description of the tool

This publication brings together research findings, expert insights, and practical recommendations to promote a holistic approach to children's mental health. Organised into three key domains—school, family, and extracurricular activities—the guide explains how each environment contributes to children's emotional development and provides concrete actions that stakeholders can implement in everyday practice.

The resource combines scientific evidence with practical guidance, making it suitable for educators, school leaders, psychologists, youth workers, sports coaches, parents, policymakers, and organisations working with children. It supports the development of preventive strategies, encourages cooperation between different sectors, and promotes the creation of safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environments for children.
