This is the first chapter of a Handbook that provides tools, tips and good practices on how to implement mobility projects for participants with intellectual disabilities.

The aim of the Handbook is to gather tools, tips and good practices to support project staff when implementing inclusive mobilities, specifically for participants with intellectual disabilities.
This first Chapter is dedicated to the first step of the project cycle: Project application and management.

From the moment you or your organisation want to apply for a project, until the moment you have it approved, what to do?
This chapter gives the answers, focusing on the inclusiveness of European Programmes, what kind of Actions and projects you can offer to your participants, what are the inclusion measures available, how to search for a reliable partner, and so on.
