Manual
GVM: "The objective is to promote youth volunteering in organisations. This guide offers tools so that those responsible for volunteering in each organisation know how to manage and individually accompany the volunteer process in an organisation.
This guide aims to highlight the added value of volunteering in organisations and to reinforce the need to manage volunteering in a professional way, responding to the needs of the organisation, the environment and the volunteers themselves.
- To learn to detect and analyse the needs of young people in different realities.
- To promote volunteering at local and community level.
- To know the stages of volunteering and the educational tools that can be used for its reception, follow-up and
and farewell.
This guide can be useful for youth workers, youth leaders or people who are interested in including volunteering in their actions. It is a basic guide where you will find the main phases of volunteering and aspects to take into account in each of the phases in order to favour a successful volunteering experience.
