To build the opening phrases and text of your Motivational speech you conduct for any type of the audience.
Goal-Drilling Script by A. Burnosenka.
1. Please define as honestly as you can your Personal goal(s). Those goals shouldn't concern your audience, your boss, your relatives or someone else. Those goals should only concern you personally, your motivation and needs.
2. Please define as honestly as you can your Side / Professional Goal(s). Those goals shouldn't concern your personality, your audience. Those goals should only concern your company, your NGo, any people who are "at your side" and whose interests you defending. The ones who might have any profit (both tangible and intangible) from your speech.
3. Please define your Declared (Open) goals - the visible and obvious ones. Instead of previous "hidden" goals, those goals are aimed to be announced to your audience;;
4. Please define Your Audience’s portrait; Who are they? What age are they? What do they feel, what do they want, how reach are they?
5. Please define Your Target Group Portrait; TG - the ones of your audience who might help you to reach your personal and professional goals;
6. Please define Your Target Group Personal goal(s). Do it slowly, carefully and precisely.
7. Please define Your Target Group Side / Professional Goal(s). Do it slowly, carefully and precisely.
8. Please, slowly, carefully and precisely merge your Declared (Visible) goals with analyzed Target Group Personal and Side / Professional Goal(s).
Every step of “Goal-drilling script” is followed by practices: random participants name their results.
