Good group dynamics are decisive in leading a collective project but positive momentum is often difficult to build. Here are some methods and tools that contribute to the success of collective projects and that allow groups to express their potential.
- Identify people's motivation in joining groups ;
- Identify key factors of success and pitfalls to avoid while leading a meeting / a collective project ;
- Define non-violence and non-violent communication ;
- Provide methods and tools to :
. ensure postive group dynamics ;
. dynamise a meeting ;
. take collective decisions
. prevent and overcome conflicts.
The attached document is a resume of what came out from the various worrkshops provided to the participants.
