Description of the tool
Board game:
A cooperative learning game about feelings, needs and everyday conflict situations. Through playful guessing, creative interaction and gentle reflection, players explore how empathy can turn tension into understanding.
Workbook:
A practical workbook for youth workers who want to handle everyday tensions with more clarity, empathy and care. Through real youth work scenarios and simple Nonviolent Communication tools, it helps turn difficult moments into opportunities for learning and connection.
