The main aim of this practical handbook is to provide youth workers, educators, and young leaders with non-formal educational methods that harness Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as a core tool for social inclusion and youth empowerment.
It's a practical educational handbook and booklet co-created during an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Eger, Hungary, involving 38 participants, leaders, and facilitators from Hungary, Greece, Italy, and Spain. Designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and peer leaders, the handbook frames Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as a transformative instrument to bridge cultural divides and build inclusive communities. The core of the publication provides 8 fully developed, step-by-step non-formal workshop methods, complete with objectives, material lists, timeframes, and facilitation guidelines:
