Exercise, Group Building Activity
The sea- port evaluation allows to realize the final evaluation in a funny and engaging way: the participants are asked to create stick a coloured ship (in relation to their liking) to each dock representing a different implemented activity.
- evaluate all the project activities in a funny way
- actively involve all the participants
- allow to everybody to express their level of satisfaction in an anonimous and non-verbal way
- create an immage that exactly reflects in a visual way the group evaluation of the activities.
You should paint some waves in a big blue sheet of paper. In a withe sheet of papaer you should draw some ducks, one for each activities you want to evaluate, and write the name of the activities on them; then you should cut out the ducks and stick them on the sea: your sea-port is ready!
you should create a lot of small shapes of boats in at least three different colurs, each colour related to a different level of satifaction (es. red=VERY GOOD; organge=GOOD; yellow=NOT SO GOOD).
Each participant will be invited to stick a boat in each duck corresponding to a different activity.
