Boardgame
EmploPlay is a free, printable serious board game for young people with fewer opportunities. Through questions, role plays and challenges, players practise communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability and critical thinking.
To help young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, strengthen their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability and critical thinking skills through group play.
EmploPlay is a free, printable serious board game developed through an Erasmus+ project. It is designed for youth workers, educators and employment advisers working with young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities.
Players move around the board and complete questions, role plays and practical challenges linked to six skills relevant to employment: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability and critical thinking. Other players take part in the activities, observe and give feedback. The first player to collect a token for each skill wins.
EmploPlay offers a practical and engaging way for groups to explore these skills, practise them in different situations and discuss how they apply to working life.
